Each Black Friday Surprise Style Box holds a random permanent equip! These are some of the most popular items from Premium Surprise Style Boxes. There are 100 different permanent items available! In non-Reboot worlds, you can trade these style box items with other players through the Cash Item Trade window, if you haven’t equipped them. Right-click on a character to see the menu.
You can also exchange them with NPC Ari, located near the Free Market entrance, and receive an Avatar Box Stamp. You can receive one stamp per item. This stamp is permanent and untradeable. When you collect enough stamps, you can talk to NPC Shiro, also located near the Free Market entrance, to exchange the stamps for a permanent equip item of your choice!

Black Friday Hot Week

The Hot Week times are now midnight (12:00 AM) to midnight (12:00 AM) Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Log in each day of Black Friday week with a character Lv. 30 or above, and click the gift box icon on the left side of the screen to receive a Gift Box, and then double-click the box in your inventory to open it. The Gift Box can be obtained once every day until midnight, and can be opened until 1:00 AM Pacific (4:00 AM Eastern) of the following day. All rewards are for both Reboot and non-Reboot worlds unless specifically noted below.

If you obtain a Gift Box every day from Monday to Saturday, then on Sunday—in addition to Sunday's reward—you can select another gift! You can select one from all of the items that were given out from Monday to Saturday. You are not required to have received each day’s Gift Box on the same character in order to be eligible for the extra gift, but it does have to be with characters in the same world (multiple worlds in World Alliances don't count).
This event is available to players Lv. 30 and above (Zero characters must have completed up to Chapter 2). You can receive one gift box per account per day.
